  • The first hand-made pot made of Japanese Kono Ryu technique, just to inherit the spirit of "Kono Coffee Road"
  • Humanized handleless design, bringing the force point closer to the core of the kettle body, making Kono-ryu's special techniques easier to handle
  • Precise spout angle, providing excellent water flow and speed, easy presentation of drip method and vertical method
  • The interlaced stitching of the diving cloth sheath outlines a Ukiyo-e check pattern, which is extremely comfortable to the touch, and can achieve excellent heat preservation effects, keeping the Kono-ryu technique at the best water temperature.
  • The super thick 1.0mm body and the one-piece molding method are durable, not easy to change, and not easy to oxidize
  • The new laser welding method allows the spout and the body to be completely integrated without the problem of solder joints falling off
  • Made of 18/8 food grade stainless steel (SUS304), please feel free to use
  • The lid provides a thermometer socket, and the water temperature can be measured without opening the lid
  • The hijab is made of wenge wood, adding a simple atmosphere

Kono-liu's Hand Punch Technique

  • Equipment: hand-made tea pot, V60 filter cup, coffee glass pot
  • Coffee grinding thickness: 3~3.5 (Little Flying Eagle)
  • Suggested water temperature: 88~90 degrees (the Kono current is longer, so 90~92 degrees is recommended)
  • Suggested ratio: deep culture 10g/180ml; medium culture: 10g/150ml; shallow culture: 10g/120ml

Kanoryu is to promote the spirit of "Coffee Road" with slow braking, so that the coffee powder will release the coffee characteristics of different producing areas bit by bit with the smallest movement, so as to achieve the most authentic and original taste of each fine bean species.
