Closer fit between drippers and filter paper

3-layer Extraction Tips
The structure of three layers are clear. Even coffee beginners can get clear operational guidance through the structure.
Sealed Layer
Filter paper and dripper fit fully. There is no groove between them. Water can’t pass. It can control the water-flow when you pour in a larger water flow.
Water Layer
It’s recommended to pour water within this layer. Since the area of the concave is gradually reduced, it will easier for you to control the flow rate.
Coffee Layer
15 / 20 g ground coffee will just take over this layer. There are not many ribs in this layer but more grooves. It’s similar to the flannel-like extraction.
