Delivery


Please ensure that the address, postal code, and telephone information you provide is accurate and complete. If there are errors or omissions or some areas require additional personal information, such as ID cards, etc., we will contact you to supplement relevant information, and the delivery speed may be delayed due to this. In addition, bank payment review, customs clearance and bad weather will also affect the time required for delivery.

*For any incomplete delivery due to missing/wrong information from customers, we are not responsible for the second shipping fee.

Delivery Time

Our products fall into two categories: In Stock & Pre-Order and each item's type is listed on its product page. Estimated delivery dates for each product are displayed on individual product pages and in the order confirmation email you’ll receive immediately after placing an order.

1/ In Stock items in orders placed before 3 p.m. (GMT+8), Monday - Friday (Except Public Holidays) or 12 p.m. (GMT+8), Saturday will typically ship that same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. (GMT+8) Monday–Friday (Except Public Holidays) will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (GMT+8) on Saturday and throughout the weekends (as well as Except Public Holidays) will ship the following Monday (or next working day).

Please note that in peak periods orders may take a little longer (up to 3-5 business days) to ship out. Thanks for your patience!

2/ Pre-Order items may take two weeks to ship, depending on the product. We provide a delivery estimation on the product page. Or may contact us for estimated delivery date of individual product.

If your order contains a mix of In Stock and Pre-order items, the entire order will not ship until all of the Pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse. If you need something more immediately, please contact our team at here.

Order Review

After the order is sent, we will notify you via email. If you have not received the delivery notice within five working days after payment, please EMAIL US.

You can check the shipping status of the package regrading the corresponding couriers.

Worldwide Shipping

We do not guarantee any estimate delivery date for orders outside Hong Kong.

Please note that our orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. The delivery period is not guaranteed and the range is 1 weeks to 1 months depending the areas and the couriers for overseas shipment. Estimated shipping costs are displayed on the cart page.

You can check the shipping status with the corresponding courier using the tracking number we provide.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS IDENTITY REQUIREMENTS

Shipping to certain countries would require your identity information under regulations of local customs. Please input your information in remarks at cart or contact our customer services.

Taiwan: 1) Chinese Full Name 2) ID Card No. / Passport Number / ARC Number
*For the foreigners who don't have Chinese Name on official document, please provide your English Name matching with your Passport.

China: Photos of your ID Card Front & Back

Indonesia: Tax ID Number (NPWP) or Passport Number (non-Indonesia citizens)

South Korea: Personal Customs Code

Import Duty

Due to different policies and regulations in different countries, import taxes and duties may be incurred at the time of customs clearance. The courier company will contact you for details of the tariffs. For details of import taxes and tariffs around the world, please check on your local customs website.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

The customs may require you to provide additional documents and the corresponding time for customs clearance, and the delivery speed may be delayed due to this. For restrictions on imported goods, please check with local customs. We will not be responsible for any goods that cannot be cleared.

Overseas Transaction Fees

Once the transaction is confirmed, the issuing bank of the credit card may charge you an overseas transaction fee, the amount will depend on the price and terms set by the bank. For handling fees for overseas transactions, please check with your card issuing bank. Plus, our prices are marked as HKD initially. There'd be exchange rate when you check out in foreign currency, which depends on the periods and your issuing bank at that time.

Pre-order Goods

Please contact our customer services for the estimated arrival date of individual product. The predicted arrival date may not be accurate due to uncontrollable factors, such as delivery delays, production delays etc. If your orders include other products available, we'd hold the order in our warehouse until the entire order is ready.
