Ordering

We accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, PayPal, FPS, Octopus, Alipay, Wechat Pay, BoC Pay as well as Kohikona gift cards.

May follow the instructions at checkout.

Our products fall into two categories: In Stock & Pre-Order and each item's type is listed on its product page. Estimated delivery dates for each product are displayed on individual product pages and in the order confirmation email you’ll receive immediately after placing an order.

1/ In Stock items in orders placed before 3 p.m. (GMT+8), Monday - Friday (Except Public Holidays) or 12 p.m. (GMT+8), Saturday will typically ship that same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. (GMT+8) Monday–Friday (Except Public Holidays) will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (GMT+8) on Saturday and throughout the weekends (as well as Except Public Holidays) will ship the following Monday (or next working day).
*It may vary due to the stock level. We will notify customer separately under special circumstances. Orders may take a little longer (up to 3-5 business days) to ship out in peak period

2/ Pre-Order items may take two weeks to ship, depending on the product. We provide a delivery estimation on the product page. Or may contact us for estimated delivery date of individual product.

If your order contains a mix of In Stock and Pre-order items, the entire order will not ship until all of the Pre-order items have arrived at our warehouse. If you need something more immediately, please contact our team at here.

Orders can only be modified on our end, and request of modification or cancellation is only accepted before shipped out.

Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours.

All products are given in HKD initially.

Shipping

We normally use SF Express for local orders and free shipping on certain amount of purchase.

For overseas orders, you'd see the options and estimated cost at cart page.

You will receive an email with the tracking information, and you may trace your parcel on correspond couriers' website.

Couriers collect a batch of parcels at different time so you parcels may be waiting for the collections

Different couriers have various processing time. It may take few hours to update the status.

Returns & Exchange

For hygienic reasons, all products except electronic scales are not accepted for return. Discounted, cleared goods, or gift cards are not accepted for return or exchange. We will reserve our right to reject any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements or returning without our consent, and in that case, no refund will be issued. If a merchandise was returned to us without any consent , and you wanted to retrieve the returned goods, the customer must bear the shipping cost of the returned mail. Otherwise, the returned goods will be disposed within 2 weeks
